Sustainability
At ARCL, sustainability is our constant aspiration. We have set targets to improve our environmental stewardship, while creating a workplace where employees feel supported and encouraged to do their best. This includes promoting an attitude of collaboration, Sharing the Strength to develop innovative product solutions that address our customers’ needs both now and in the future.

Climate Change
We agree on the need for inspirational and meaningful global action and aligned messaging. We will act as ambassadors for climate action, focusing on solutions and economic opportunities and using “the science debate is over: climate change is real and addressable” as one of the common themes to raise public awareness. We will actively manage climate risks and incorporate them in decision making — not least to realize growth opportunities. We will take steps to implement effective strategies to strengthen not only our companies’ but also societal resilience.

Carbon Emissions
At ARCL, we have been sharing our knowledge and forging new techniques and applications for over a decade. We aim to push the industry beyond its boundaries to deliver limitless value for our customers. This comes in the form of developing increasingly innovative products and strengthening relationships with our customers, working directly with them to make their own products more sustainable

Waste Management
Waste management is part of ARCL's sustainable business framework. And a circular economy is based on the principle of using a few resources judiciously, deriving the complete value out of them and, once the material is fully degraded, recycling it into another form.

For over 10 years now, the ARCL group have been and continue to be involved in meaningful, welfare driven initiatives that distinctively impact the quality of life of the rural poor. The vision is to actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate, in so doing build better sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of the society and raise the country's human development index.

At ARCL, we drive the CSR strategy, developed with our three pillars: “Food Security, Self-Sufficient Society and Balance of Nature”. We are committed to creating our values for society and restoring the balance to natural resources, soil, water, and forest which is the fundamental of foods production.
